Crawling around, I finally got to something other than just grass and flowers, that being a person by a house. After getting through the 5 or so interesting voice lines and finding out the house can't be entered I left and got back to crawling.

Sorta boring.

The game was made for mobile so if ur playing on desktop then ctrl + - should fix that
